Donna Tarr
Donna Tarr is a Personal Injury Clerk at Harrison Pensa responsible for attending proceedings and working within the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule.
Donna Tarr brings 39 years of experience to the Personal Injury Law Practice Group at Harrison Pensa LLP where she manages personal injury files from beginning to their closure. She has a wealth of knowledge in working within the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule and coordinating between the injured party and their insurer. Donna is responsible for the daily support of these injured clients through reviewing and providing legal summaries on case law, pre-trial memos and mediation briefs.
Donna works closely with these clients through fielding incoming calls, meeting with plaintiffs, and attending all proceedings including examinations for discovery, private mediations, settlement conferences, and trial. Additionally, she works with insurers with respect to accident benefits and tort law. Donna is a veteran and key player in our litigation practice group.
