Practice Description

David advises on information technology and e-business matters such as software licenses, outsourcing agreements, consulting agreements, intellectual property, technology transfer, privacy, Internet, Web site and e-Business issues - both for those creating and for those using technology. Prior to joining Harrison Pensa, he was Senior Corporate Counsel for a major financial institution where he focused on information technology law.
