History

Harrison Pensa came into being in 1999 with the merger of two venerable London law firms, Harrison Elwood and Pensa & Associates. While that means the merged firm is relatively young, our roots are strong and deeply planted in the community and the region. Today, in fact, our office in London Ontario boasts over 50 lawyers and 90 staff.

The reason for the union was simple: Bring Harrison Elwood’s unique strength in business law together with Pensa & Associates’ accomplished litigators to build a firm that has the breadth and depth to be responsive to a range of legal needs. The benefits to our clients are numerous. For instance, a roster of lawyers that is comprised of proven performers. Practice groups that specialize and act across the spectrum of legal categories.
